Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ZooView Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

ZooView Media provides web development, design, and digital services for small businesses and startups. Service specifications, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in individual project contracts.

Project Terms

For all web development projects:

  • A deposit is required before work begins (typically 50%)
  • Final payment is due before website handover
  • You retain full ownership of your website upon completion
  • We provide 30 days of post-launch support with LAUNCH packages
  • Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code and design work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use anonymised aspects of the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide all required content, images, and information in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Limitation of Liability

ZooView Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Support Services

Our ongoing support subscription (£19.99/month) covers basic technical queries, troubleshooting, and simple content updates. Major changes, new features, or additional development work are quoted separately. Support can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
